About Us:

X5 was born out of a need in the market for greater savings on a range of products, and in the current economic environment this is more important now than ever. Users new to X5 may look at the prices advertised on items and may hear the claims we make about just how cheap we can sell products for and assume that this is some sort of scam trying to lure people in with false promises. This is not the case at all, and we have worked hard to reduce our overheads and costs while ensuring quality so that we can pass the savings on to our customers.

We receive discounts on our stock from a dealer in Asia who we have a long standing relationship with. We have also been using the same company to transport our stock for the last 10 years and due to our loyalty we receive excellent deals on our shipping costs. We also refine our staff numbers and operate with a small team of highly skilled workers to ensure the best results with minimal cost. Cost saving methods such as these mean we can afford to sell our products at a hugely discounted price meaning you the customer benefits from the great deals and we benefit from your loyalty.

X5box is the alias X5 uses on our global domains. All products on our X5box sites will also be available from X5. Users from the other domains will occasionally find that products they are searching for are only available from X5. If this should happen the user will have to arrange delivery from a courier service. This is explained in more detail in the FAQ.
