X5 System Update, Bug and Maintenance
X5 is currently working on few bugs and the main is X5 inventory where we start listing up the items using automatic system but its not appearing at X5. We hope to resolve tonight as James and Vithor will be working towards this.
X5 satellite will have it first run hopefully by end of this week.
Two new X5 servers will be on services next week.
X5 comment and X5 YouTube appear to be working well now. Soon we will have all back and better.

I hope the two new servers work, because I'm getting fed up with not being able to log onto 'X5 site' at lunch time or at night. It happened to me again today at lunchtime, so I could't get bach to the item I was bidding on, so lost out again!! This is getting beyond a joke now!!

GREAT TO SEE MY COMMENT WITH AN ITEM. I'M A BIT CONFUSED AS TO WHAT THE YOU TUBE IS BECAUSE I CLICKED ON THE ARROW NEXT TO A DOLL AND GOT A DESCRIPTION OF A COMPRESSOR? AM I MISUNDERSTANDING THE YOU TUBE FEATURE. SURE WOULD BE GOOG IF YOU COULD PUT THE THUMS UP ICON ON THE SEARCH PAGE LIST SO IT WOULD BE MUCH EASIER TO CHECK OUT ITEMS THAT FELLOW X5ers LIKE. HOW MANY COMMENTS BEFORE AN ITEM GETS A RATING, I MISTAKENLY PUT 3 COMMENTS FOR 1 ITEM BUT SHOWS RATING AS 0

Hi all - It appears there are very few comments being posted concerning auction items, this is a huge help to bidders so please start posting. I hope X5 will also list comments which are not entirely favourable, I listed a comment for item 124601132954 but it was not included. It is to be hoped X5 play fair.

Hi all again - James advised there had been a glitch in posting the comment on the item. It appears X% are "fair dinkum" & thats great. I believe we must be honest in our comments.

Awesome news guys. Will all current auctions continue i wonder, or will they be pushed back until the new servers are up and running next week. At least the end of the dramas is in sight. Thanks for the update.

Can't wait to see X5 Satellite at the end of the week. Hopefully nothing goes wrong to postpone the launch. I have also posted some comments on items and are looking forward to commenting on more items to help bidders more understand what they are bidding on.

I have to say that i haven't had too much problem logging into x5, and looking around. But if the new servers help with giving accurate bidders count in the dying minutes/seconds of an auction, then that will be brilliant.

Hi, I hope that everything starts to run smoothly soon and that some of this new stock becomes available soon. I agree with Les. Positive and negative comments are all important; what might be a negative for one person may be a bonus for someone else, so the more detail there is the better it is for everyone. This will also improve X5s reputation as a trustworthy site.

So far today everything seems to be working great! Thanks 'X5' team, I was starting to get very fed up with not even being able to get the site to come up. Not that it's been productive for me-----I still lost, but I had fun trying!

Hi x5. I'm still not seeing any new items. Thought this was being fixed. Is there any progress on this, or do we have to wait another week?

I am reluctant to place a comment on the exercise bike because I am not sure whether it is exactly the same one I got from x5 about 3 months ago. The one I have is good value for money and runs well. The new one pictured looks slightly different.

In regards to posting a comment I can't see many items that I have actually bought and can comment about: even though I have bought over 125 to date. Well done x5, great site, and great service.

I have added comments on several items that I have either won on X5, or I have bought elsewhere, but the comments don't seem to be listed anywhere. They were all complimentary comments, which would hopefully benefit X5, so where are they?!

I can move between areas on X5 site at a reasonable speed tonight, but the descriptions of the items are very slow to come up. This is making browsing through items to bid on, a very slow process, so I shall give up for tonight and try again tomorrow.
