Hi X5ers Yesterday I had a problem with an auction that appeared to be "lost" after i had won it & confirmation of same showed in the "closed auctions" listing. I had a bit of a whinge and X5 have come thru and fixed it for me! - it was there to confirm when I logged in today. Good work X5, I certainly appreciate you responding so swiftly. Can't wait til my new 23.6" lcd monitor arrives!! Thanks again!

I put through some comments and noticed that one day they were there and then the next day it wasn't. Don't know if it was removed or not? I also tried clicking on the thumbs up for another comment from another member and nothing happened.

Can you give an indication on how long it will take to get all the new inventory up and lsited? It seems to be hit and miss.

great to sea everything is up and going again. Over the last few days, i have had trouble getting on, and my comments on a blog didn't go up, i don't know is this is a glitch but hopefully it's working now, thanks guys

I see Eric got his item that he lost and won but no such joy for me when I have won and lost on 4 occasions. X5 says not to use this comment for complaints but it is good to see other people have same problem. If we did it through message system no one would know others are having same problem. We all understand the site is having teething problems but customers should not miss out, items should be sent to more than one customer if there has been a problem, surely X5 has insurance to cover these sorts of things. Keep trying X5 I am sure you will get the site fixed eventually. I hope you list this comment not like my last one. I am trying to point out the problems so all can see and together the problems should get fixed.

I had my grumble in an earlier comment, now I would like to say that my item comments have all shown up and I think its a great idea but still no comment from X5 about putting the thumbs up icon next to items in the search screen page so we know a comment has been made. As it is we have to click on every item to see if anyone has made a comment.

Are you guys concentrating on too many things at once (and working too many hours), such as the comments, satellite etc. My vote is for more inventory as a priority. Just a thought.

Oh Wow, new products to bid on - I cant wait!!!!!!!!!

I might be wrong but it appears that item comment only stays with the particular product code that it is placed with. Would it not be a better idea that the comments are placed with all items that are the same. Like I put a comment on dancing car 666-118 and there are several of these listed so my comment should show up on those as well and any listed in the future. Comments list could then be edited by X5 when they get too long.

I've just found a bug on 'Ending Soon' site. I wanted to check for new items so started on page one, when I try to click on page 4 it jumps to page 14, and vice versa, when I try to click back to previous page (ie. 13), it goes back to page 4. Very strange!!

Just entered my first item comment hope to see it on the website soon, I think it’s a great idea we are included in this so it’s genuine feedback from people who have seen and experienced the item first hand- not that we don’t trust X5 staff, your doing a great job!

An other day with all seemingly running smoothly, keep up the good work X5. It must be hard with so many items and so many customers to get it all running smooth.

I meant to say in my last comment that I have noticed some items with a time listing of over 1 month. Can't say I saw an announcement of this and am curious as to why you would list something for so long? Maybe you need to incorporate a watched items list like ebay so we can keep track of some items without bidding. It gets hard to remember the items you are interested in unless you bid to get them to show in winning or not winning. Just a thought guys, I'm sure you like getting our thoughts for improvements.

Will the X5 items catergory list be updated soon, when clicking on some it says can't find any items & to return to home page. Also couldn't connect during the sony ps promo so missed it altogether. Seems to still be somewhat a problem here.

I have posted many comments on items. I was happy to see them approved but now when I check I'm unable to find any of them at all. I know they have been given the ok because X5 has already rewarded me VC for them. Is this the bug X5 is working on? Hope you can fix it so my comments are showing again.

COMMENT SYSTEM SEEMS TO BE WORKING WELL AND ARE LISTED QUITE QUICK. WONDERING IF RATING GETS A NUMBER BECAUSE THEY ALL SAY RATING IS 0. MAYBE THE ITEM HAS TO GET E FEW RATINGS BEFORE IT GETS A NUMBER???

AN OLD GLITCH HAS RETURNED. IF I CLICK ON MY WINNING OR LOSING I GET THE ENDING SOON LIST UNLESS I GO BACK TO MY X5 FIRST THEN IT TAKES ME TO THE CORRECT PAGE. ALSO HAVE NOTICED ITEM COMMENT ON MOST ITEMS NOW, I THOUGHT IT WAS ONLY BEING TESTED ON FREE BIDS? GREAT SEEING WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK.

I agree with Dennis(No 18), I had intended to send a similar comment about added the one comment to all products the same, as some people know they may not be able to bid for a particulat item on a certain day but can for example, 3 days later, but they're not going to check every item to find a comment about it. So it makes sense to add the comment to all of the same item.

Just a thought-----but could you have a "NEW ITEMS" catagory, updated say, every month, as sometime I don't have time to go through all the lists to find something to bid for. It would make life a bit simpler for busy people, or for the odd busy day, to be able to go straight to the one list of new items. I'm sure you would get more bids over all if you did this.

Another thought, how about an extra bonus of some sort, for any great ideas or comments someone may make. The "Star Letter" of the day or week for example.

Same item had big difference in time remaining on different screens but seems to be fixed now. I keep count on bids made and know it is impossible for me to have lost my winning status. Hi guys - I am loving all these new items!!! - was getting a bit bored with the same old stuff b4... Especially like the homewares stuff eg fridges, dryers, washing machines, plus also the computer gear to upgrade my old rig. As a pensioner I can't afford to get these things at full price, you are really helping me to update my household - excellent work! PS is gold rush still happening or just a myth??? - I've never seen one yet...
