Hi James, thanks for the update on the X5 bank details. If I want to load up my X5 account with credit and I wish to pay it directly into X5's ANZ account, do I just attach my name to the payment? Do I need to put any other info like my username or log-in? Thanks again for the info and I'm looking forward to getting a lot of our Christmas gifts through X5. Cheers, Wayne

hi x5, i have found the ANZ bank to be really bad for over the counter cash deposits as they do not put names on the deposit slips. they will only put numbers. i have deposited 3 times with cash, the bank advised me that x5 had the money instantly. trouble was that x5 could not find out who the deposit belonged to because there was no name on the deposit. in the end it took nearly a week to find the deposit. the best way i have found is internet banking. once you have made a couple of deposits this way the banks recognize you and the payment usually goes through in 24 hours as opposed to 1 week with over the counter cash deposits. hopefully one day the ANZ will catch up with the rest of the banks, in the meantime i hiope this has been of some help. chris

is there anything wrong with my last comment to this site. i am letting people know that depositing cash into x5 bank account at ANZ bank is no good because the bank does not put names on the deposit slip only numbers and it makes it hard for x5 to find the deposit and to find out who it belongs to. surely there is nothing wrong with that. chris
